At Waukee Wellness, we have an on-site workout facility at our personal training center. Our personal trainer meets with new individuals to talk through fitness goals and existing issues, such as back pain, mobility restrictions or any other items that have held someone back from regular exercise in the past.
Our specialized exercise protocols take into account the patient’s age, condition, physical limitations, as well as technical and motivational levels. Our personal trainer is skilled and knowledgeable and will help you achieve your therapeutic and fitness goals.
I can exercise at my chiropractor’s office? Really?
At Waukee Wellness, you can exercise on-site at our functional training center. We have several exercise machines, TRX, free weights, medicine balls, kettlebells, bands, and other exercise equipment available for use.
