Acupuncture Care

Our holistic approach to wellness is now offering acupuncture! The human body is made up of energy called Qi, which runs in channels up and down our body called meridians. When there is an imbalance, the energy is not able to flow properly through our body. This can cause pain, weakness, or sickness. Chiropractic and acupuncture work well together to enhance your body by correcting imbalances that can increase mobility and provide a natural way to heal. Dr. Vicki puts acupuncture needles in specific places to open up the channels and restore the balance.

In addition to acupuncture care, Dr. Vicki also uses Gua Sha which is a traditional Chinese healing method using a small tool that glides against the skin to increase blood flow and circulation in addition to breaking up adhesions under the skin. By improving blood flow and circulation, toxins can get flushed out of the soft tissues and fresh blood can return.
